Momentum
Momentum is an outreach initiative that extends a valuable learning opportunity to students in Title I schools, enabling them to delve into the fundamentals of dance training. Within this distinctive residency program, participating students engage in weekly classes that emphasize musicality, rhythm, movement quality, and the essential elements of dance terminology. The curriculum steadily advances from week to week, allowing students to progressively expand their knowledge and skills, crafting a comprehensive and enriching dance experience. Moreover, the Momentum Program offers students a hands-on experience in the world of dance, culminating in a captivating performance of "Peter and The Wolf" by The Georgia Ballet's Professional Company.
