About The Georgia Ballet
Founded in 1960 by Marietta native Iris Hensley, The Georgia Ballet is a non-profit organization committed to inspiring the public through professional ballet performance, unparalleled dance training and meaningful community outreach. We are continuously growing to meet the needs of the community while fulfilling our reputation as an outstanding arts organization.
Primary Ballet Division, Ages 3-5
Students ages 3-5 begin in the Primary Ballet Division where they learn the foundations of dance and creative movement. Lessons introduce ballet steps and develop beginning ballet techniques. Students will develop coordination and confidence by expressing themselves in new ways and by learning how to socialize, work and learn with others.
A Non-Refundable Registration Fee of $55 is due per family upon registration.
Primary Ballet 1, Age 3-4
Length: 45 Minutes | Cost: $57.00/month
Young dancers will explore music and ballet of this introductory curriculum. Lessons introduce ballet steps and develop beginning ballet techniques using engaging music and activities. Students will develop coordination and confidence by expressing themselves in new ways and by learning how to socialize, work, and learn with others.

Mondays at 6:30-7:15pm with Jessica Baldwin
Wednesdays at 4:30-5:15pm with Maddy Crone
Uniform:
Light Pink leotard without a skirt with pink tights and pink leather ballet shoes
Primary Ballet 2, Age 4-5
Length: 1 Hour | Cost: $72.20/month
Dancers will enjoy this one hour interactive class that engages imagination, creativity, and musicality. Students will begin to learn more challenging steps, terminology, and proper warm-ups and stretches for the body.

Primary Hip Hop Age 3-5
Length: 30 Minutes | Cost: $40.00/month
Young dancers will explore music, choreography and commerical dance styles in this introductory curriculum. Students will develop coordination and confidence by expressing themselves in new ways and by learning how to socialize, work, and learn with others.
Class Offering:
Wednesdays at 5:15-5:45 with Maddy Crone
Uniform:
Light Pink or Light Blue leotard with black jazz pants or shorts and any color tennis shoes or sneakers.
Primary Jazz/Tap, Age 3-5
Length: 30 Minutes | Cost: $40.00/month
Young dancers will explore music, choreography and commerical dance styles in this introductory curriculum. Students will develop coordination and confidence by expressing themselves in new ways and by learning how to socialize, work, and learn with others.
