Founded in 1960 by Marietta native Iris Hensley, The Georgia Ballet is a non-profit organization committed to inspiring the public through professional ballet performance, unparalleled dance training and meaningful community outreach. We are continuously growing to meet the needs of the community while fulfilling our reputation as an outstanding arts organization.
STUDIO RENTALS
The Georgia Ballet's state of the art facilities each have sprung floors, and durable, shock-absorbent Marley. Each studio is also equipped with sound systems, speakers, and Video/DVD capabilities.

Studio I 67'2" x 47'
$50/hour
The largest of the five studios, Studio I is two stories high and flooded with natural sunlight via three large windows and two glass doors. This space is used daily by the professional company for class and rehearsal during the day and by the upper levels of the school in the evenings. It is large enough to accommodate approximately 105 guests for in studio performances. This space is also large enough for lecture demonstrations for school groups. Since our upgrades, Studio 1 also includes state-of-the-art theater lighting and sounds. All rentals that include the lighting and sound come with a technical director for an additional $30/hour.
Studio II 34'6" x 25'
$20/hour
Studio II is designed primarily for dance classes for younger students who thrive in a smaller, more structured environment free of distractions.
Studio III 34'6" x 42'
$30/hour
One of our larger studios, Studio III is used primarily for professional company rehearsals and school classes in the evenings and on the weekends.
Studio IV 44' x 29'
$30/hour
Studio IV offers a spacious dance floor with an abundance of natural light.
Studio V 26'5" x 42'1.5"
$20/hour
Located on the second floor, Studio V offers another spacious dance floor.
