About The Georgia Ballet
Founded in 1960 by Marietta native Iris Hensley, The Georgia Ballet is a non-profit organization committed to inspiring the public through professional ballet performance, unparalleled dance training and meaningful community outreach. We are continuously growing to meet the needs of the community while fulfilling our reputation as an outstanding arts organization.
Stephanie Lozier
Stephanie Lozier started dance at the age of 4 at dance for His glory in Woodstock, Georgia and continued formal training at Atlanta Academy of Ballet and Dance under the direction of Susan Banks Beebe. She enjoyed the roles of Sugarplum Fairy and Arabian in the Nutcracker, Queen of Dryads in Don Quixote among others. Honors include 3rd place at Universal Ballet Competition Atlanta in 2018, 5th place trio Youth America Grand Prix in Winston Salem 2020. She attended summer intensives at Charlotte Ballet and Next Generation Ballet. She attended Kennesaw State University as a dance major in 2020-2021. Stephanie is thrilled to be joining The Georgia Ballet for her first season!
