About The Georgia Ballet
Founded in 1960 by Marietta native Iris Hensley, The Georgia Ballet is a non-profit organization committed to inspiring the public through professional ballet performance, unparalleled dance training and meaningful community outreach. We are continuously growing to meet the needs of the community while fulfilling our reputation as an outstanding arts organization.
Boys Program, Ages 8+
The Boys’ Program is focused in classical training and designated to enhance athletic skill, flexibility, and strength. Whether choosing a career in dance, musical theater, athletic sports or gymnastics, they will enjoy the benefits of studying dance in an all-male atmosphere. All non-ballet classes are co-ed.
A Non-Refundable Registration Fee of $55 is due per family upon registration.
Boys Program
Length: 1 Hour | Cost: $72.20/month
This class will introduce younger students to basic ballet vocabulary and technique in a structured yet fun setting. Simple coordination, musicality, rhythm, and concentration will be emphasized. Students will learn more difficult combinations, work at the ballet barre and learn ballet etiquette. Non-ballet classes are co-ed. Ballet class is male only.

Tuesdays at 5:15-6:15pm with Daet Rodriguez
Jazz/Tap/Hip Hop:
Tuesdays at 6:10-7:15pm with Arianna Shropshire
Uniform:
White fitted shirt with black tights and white calf-height socks. White canvas shoes. Black jazz shoes for jazz. Black tap shoes for tap. Tennis shoes for hip hop.
